Opening a refund and finding a different number than you expected is common, and it usually has an explanation.
Common reasons
- Only part of the order was returned or refunded.
- A coupon or credit was used, so the refund reflects what you actually paid.
- Shipping or fees are treated differently from item prices.
- The refund is split between your card and account balance.
How to check
Open the refund details on your order page and compare line by line with the order total. Write down what you expected and what you see, and keep screenshots of both.
If the difference still does not make sense, contact the seller with those notes, or call us and we will go through them with you.
